Meet the storyteller
Joyce Anne has been a photographer for over eighteen years, When she first started photography, she started with a old screw mount film camera she purchased on ebay. From the first time she heard the click of the camera shutter, she was hooked.
Joyce Anne began her photography career shooting photos for many local newspapers at local community and athletic events. Over time, she developed more into a portrait photographer but maintain her deep love for documentary photography.
Today, she approaches sessions with an authentic with minimal posing whether that is a family, child, senior or personal branding session, or a wedding, or a birth. Every story is as unique as those in the photograph.
Six years ago, Joyce Anne photographed her first birth. And then two years later, she
photographed her first home birth. This home birth pushed Joyce Anne to want to know more about the birth process and so she started working towards getting doula trained. Today, she combines these services to not only provide stunning images of the birth but supporting mom, dad, and baby through the process.
Joyce Anne is has been married to Randy for 33 years. She is the mother of three adult child (Jessica, Jennifer, + Matt), and the grandmother of a a beautiful grandson Andrew. She also is a pet owner of two dogs named Doug and Dexter.

Joyce Anne loves DIY. In her free time, she crochets, and designs invitations and other stationary. She also loves to bake cupcakes and other pastries.
